As a Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner, and Turn Up Dance Fitness Instructor, she integrates mind, body, and spirit to support individuals in their personal journeys. With a background in social work, Lauren has extensive experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, resilience, and personal growth. She specializes in guiding individuals through difficult emotions, identifying their strengths, helping them regain control of their lives, and equipping them with tools to cultivate inner balance and emotional well-being. As a Reiki Master Teacher, she specializes in energy healing and spiritual empowerment, facilitating balance and alignment for those seeking emotional, physical, and energetic restoration. She works closely with clients to assist them in creating their own “micro-moment” of mindfulness.  Through teaching and hands-on practice, she guides others in tapping into their own healing potential.  Blending movement and mindset, Lauren also brings high-energy, confidence-boosting experiences to her community as a Turn Up Dance Fitness Instructor. She empowers individuals to embrace their strength, express themselves freely, and cultivate self-love through movement and music. Lainie Fryer (Reiki Master Teacher and Intuitive Energy Healer, Mindfulbliss Living)

Lainie Fryer is the owner and practitioner of Mindfulbliss Living, LLC., and the honored recipient of the 2024 Naturopathic Service Quality Business Award for her services. She received her B.B.A. from Eastern Michigan University and has over 30 years of experience in the criminal justice field, with a focus rehabilitation as a former Probation Officer with the following certifications: Western Michigan University – Kalamazoo, Michigan FSAC Certification, ORAS/CP Certification, and Michigan Treatment Court Professionals In that role, she discovered her love and passion for assisting others through providing a safe space for individuals to reflect, release, reset, reconnect, and redirect their lives for their highest good. In her youth, Lainie spent a majority of extracurricular time as a competitive dancer and as she entered her early twenties, in addition to working in the court system, she became a performing arts teacher. She believes that these diverse experiences supported her creative nature and amplified her intuitive gifts, as she discovered her deep connection to the energies of others. These energetic and spiritual connections have afforded her with the opportunity to assist and guide her clients on their own healing journey; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. She is passionate about providing each client with insightful knowledge, wisdom, and tangible tools, so they too have the opportunity to create and experience the life that they want to live. Her life coaching series was created through the knowledge and wisdom she gained in her own life experiences. In addition to launching her Mindfulbliss Living holistic healing business, she published her first book, “Finding the Authentic You.” In this book she shares her own life lessons and guidance for living a balanced and fulfilling life. Alexzandria Srock, LMT (Myomassologist, M.E.L.T. Myotherapy & Massage)

As a passionate myomassologist and former dance performer, Alexz has dedicated her career to helping others find relief from pain and stress and rewires the nervous system to balanced wellness. With over 9 years of therapeutic massage experience and a background in dance performance, she offers a unique perspective on body alignment and movement. Alexz is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and a graduate of both Wayne State University and Irene’s Myomassology Institute. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and The Fascia Research Society. In 2023, Alexz was awarded a bronze medal competing in Wellness Massage at the Michigan State Championship Massage, placing her in the rankings of nationally competitive massage therapists. She has the distinction of being one of only a few of the practitioner’s in southeast Michigan / Detroit metropolitan area to have completed in-person training under Erik Dalton, Freedom from Pain Institute in Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MAT). Alexz has invented the M.E.L.T.™ (Musculoskeletal Euphoric Liminal Treatment ™) Myotherapy as a way to blend her specialties and intuitive skills in orthopedic therapy and myofascial energy lines. Alexz also practices complementary therapies that include Reiki and Polarity energy work. These techniques can help enhance relaxation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing and recovery. The goal is to provide personalized care that addresses her clients specific needs and helps them to achieve optimal well-being through hands-on bodywork and tailored education.
